Choosing quality is strategic for us: it is the philosophy with which we act in every phase and area of our company system. Our quality approach is preventive to every action: in fact, to guarantee the conformity of every single piece, we develop a series of tests on materials and equipment used in the manufacturing cycle. Mass production is then developed through the definition of specific control cycles and steps for each phase of the manufacturing process, starting with the moulding and then continuing with deburring, grinding, washing, post-curing and finishing. It is like saying that we do not miss a single moment of the production cycle, we cannot afford it. This allows us to guarantee the excellence of the finished product in advance.
For this reason, quality was already the top priority in the 1980s and in 1993 we obtained the ISO 9001 certification. The year 2002 marked the obtainment of the ISO TS 16949 certification, specific for the automotive sector, while in 2018 we reached the IATF 16949 certification: important milestones to be able to proudly demonstrate that we are a group of excellence.
Quality is supported by high-performance technologies, tools and equipment. As in all phases, however, what makes the difference is our top-skilled staff: every employee, from the sales department to the forwarding agents, is the protagonist and the key player of what we call “quality assurance team”.
